Do you love French toast?
I love French toast. Stuffed French toast? Now you’re talking. Do you want me to make it? Sorry, you’ll be very disappointed.
For some reason, I can not for the life of me make French toast. I have tried, but every time I do, I just ends up tasting like two fried eggs between a soggy piece of bread. Now you want it stuffed? Go back to bed, you’re still dreaming.
Well, I solved my stuffed French toast dilemma and it’s very quick and easy. Not to mention, it doesn’t make a mess! (Special bonus…my kids can make it themselves)
I remembered when I was back in college (oh so long ago) I had a sandwich maker. So I figured, why can’t I use that to make some stuffed French toast? I mean I stuffed all sorts of stuff into bread back then.
I gave it a whirl and you know what? I came out fantastic. My kids loved it and I didn’t have to clean up a bunch of pans and bowls.
